Build Stage

Our expert team of Estimators, Supervisors and Construction teams will bring your house out of the dirt to a finished home in as little as 20 weeks*

Completion/Handover

Upon completion of the Build, Modcon Homes finalises any outstanding defects and hands over your completed home with a 6-month maintenance period proceeding.
